Baltzersen's is a Scandinavian inspired cafe and coffee shop located in the heart of the beautiful Victorian spa town of Harrogate. They make everything they sell from scratch on site, baking 7 days a week.

The bakery offer such a variety of bakes that we wanted to reflect that in the visual identity. We used three different colour pairings and four different logo options to be used across different media to really show this brand's versatility and flexibility.
